Focusing on the client’s clinical academic designations, Accelitech worked in concert with senior hospital, marketing and clinical team members to develop a robust growth strategy including leveraging internal and external market data and reporting, redefining primary and secondary service area approach, developing a new tracking system for referrals to network specialists and individual body site marketing initiatives and collateral keeping with the centers vison, mission and branding.
Project Outcome:
Accelitech increased patient volumes by 27%, an approximate revenue growth of $1.5M. Additional revenue and volume growth was also experienced by ancillary and downstream services, including Radiology, Pulmonology, Surgery, Medical Oncology and Laboratory.
