Join our team as Vice President Business Development

Accelitech is currently recruiting for a Vice President, Business Development. The Vice President Business Development works on behalf of Accelitech to develop relationships with key physicians, thought leaders, hospitals, organized health systems and other applicable institutions who are potential clients. This position is responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to successfully generate new business, nationally. We are looking for someone who understands the radiation oncology industry landscapes and trends and is able to act upon the forces that shift strategic direction of this market to drive sales strategy. The position will lead a robust management process that is supported by CRM tools, new client relationships, an existing base of contacts and marketing strategy provided in an effective, efficient and professional manner.

Required Education and Experience:

  • 10 years in radiation oncology services or equipment sales experience
  • Comfortable selling to the C’suite executives and hospital directors
  • Self-motivated and results oriented
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities and proficient planning and negotiation skill
  • Documented sales track record
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Salesforce® CRM experience
  • Understanding of CON requirements, Joint Commission, and other regulatory agencies
  • Willing to travel at least 75% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing or business administration or equivalent number of years of experience
  • Extensive hospital contacts in C-suite, Administration, Radiation Oncology and Purchasing are desired.
